Ms. Vu Hoang My is the first runner-up of Miss Vietnam, 2010, and is the first person in the history of Vietnam nominated to attend two international beauty contests: Miss Universe, 2011, and Miss World, 2012.
Ms. Hoang My is also a symbol of an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as motivating the younger generation to gain confidence to pursue their passion. She is the first recognized beauty to also become a professional athlete and a leader in the movement of world-class sports in Vietnam.
Although busy with film projects in Israel, Hoang My’s love for cooking and Vietnamese cuisine has earned her the role of Guest Judge in the 2016 Golden Spoon contest. Previously Hoang My has also worked with Master Chef Yan on the program “Yan Can Cook”. The show explored much of Vietnamese cuisine, collecting many impressions throughout the country. Through this program she has a great deal about Vietnamese cuisine.
Besides tasting and judging the dishes in the 2016 Golden Spoon contest, Ms. Hoang My will also serve as ambassador to introduce the contest internationally.
