Graduating from University of
Medicine with distinction, since her favorite subject is Nutritionology, Dr.
Phi used to be a Ph.D. fellow in Nutritionology at the National Institute of
Nutrition Vietnam. She was also the first chairman of the Department of Nutrition,
Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, and responsible for designing and
putting the curriculum on nutrition for the first specialized orientation
classes Clinical Nutrition Science in Vietnam into practice.
With knowledge gained from
continuous learning process and many years of operational experience in the
field of nutrition, she is a regular guest of the global and regional annual
conference of nutrition, namely EPSGHAN, APSGHAN, etc.
In addition to teaching and
researching on nutrition, she also participated in many local media activities
and is the author of several research projects, such as books of nutritionology
(Medical Publishing House, 2011), co-author of 400 Nutrition Facts of Popular Dishes in HCMC (2000), conductor of The Survey On Ice Cream Consumption And
Quality In Ho Chi Minh City (1999), Comprehensive
Guide On Childcare & Development (Women Publishing House, 2010).
