Mrs Hai Ton Tinh Phan
Judge Hai Ton Tinh Phan strongly believes that Chef is an honorable position. A chef always
has to look towards perfection whilst always keeping up with the times. In each of her lectures, she has inspired her
students with her vast knowledge of art, culture, history and social behavior
of a professional chef. She attended the Preliminary round of the Golden Spoon
Contest 2015 in the North Central Region as a guest judge.
