Artrisan Suong Thi Bui is one of the
professional advisors of the Golden Spoon Contest; a contest for professional
chefs with a desire to draw a map of Vietnamese cuisine, honor great chefs and
discover recipes hidden deep within the country.

Thi Bui graduated the food processing industry, specialized in family
economics, there has been intensive research in the industry, including
specialized topics accepted and rated as excellent proposals by Ministry of
Education and Training.
To date, she has more
than 30 years as a lecturer at the National University of Engineering, School
of Tourism and Saigon Tourist Hotel. She is well-known by many generations of
students as a good teacher with a lot of expertise, enthusiasm and passion. She
has contributed to training the next generation of skilled and strong knowledge
young chef. She also is a judge for many national cooking contests organized by
the General tourism and local food festivals.

artisan is also one of founders that establish Association of Professional
Chefs Saigon. She has been to many countries in Asia, Europe, the United States
to introduce the culture of traditional cuisine of Vietnam, engaged a
consultant to culinary programs on television: "Along with every day cooking
Yan HTV; Discover Vietnam with Martin Yan (part 1), Vietnam Explore with Robert
Danhi (part 2)... In 2009, she honored the title "Folk Artisan" and
is seen as a cultural ambassador for Vietnamese cuisine ...
