Judge Bao
Thai Tran is the vice chef of the Caravelle Hotel and he has more than 15 years
working at 5-star hotel such as Sofitel, Cendeluxe, Caravelle. Together with
other chefs, the captain of Caravelle Hotel was named champion of the Golden
Spoon Contest 2014
He
used to attend a cuisine exchange program at Caravelle hotel where more than 30
Michelin Star chefs came from other countries. Chef Tran Thai Bao also achieved
the first prize in the Foods Festival with the best dishes of all countries and
the second prize of Bocus d’or in Nha Trang.
