Chef Marco holds the certificate of
Swiss Master Chef and the title of Global Master Chef of the World Chef
Association.
He is currently Managing Director of
Consulting Services Company for Thai cuisine, specializing in consulting for
restaurant owners and potential investors to open as well as provide and
recruit Thai chefs from around the world.
He runs a cooking school
in Bangkok specializing in Thai cuisine, organizing food festivals in Thailand,
Switzerland and throughout the world plus culinary competitions in Bangkok and
around Asia.
