Mr. Ly Sanh, chairman of
Saigon Professional Chef Association, is one of the professional judges of the
Golden Spoon contest. He has more than 35 years of experience in his
illustrious cooking career. He has opportunities and has learned much of the
cuisine culture from countries in Asia, Europe and North America.
Judge Ly SanhSince 2009, he has actively contributed to the development of a
professional chef association and has become the chairman of Saigon
Professional Chef Association. Within the association he has hosted the
contests for “Vietnam’s talented chefs”, which was recognized by the
International Chef Association. Formerly he attended the Asia Chefs Forum to
introduce Vietnamese cuisine organized by the Chefs Without Borders Conference
in San Francisco, California, 2010; the Cuisine Workshop, 2013, organized by
Korean Research Institute of International Cuisine; the festival of hundred
rolls Vietnamese, 2011; all the while, he also attended in the role of judge at
many other professional contests.
He was with the CEO and
many other members of the contest to organize events that claimed eight
national records about cuisine, two records of decorative arts in vegetables
sculpture and actively participated in the activities to honor and promote
Vietnam’s culinary culture to the world.
