Judges Do Quang Long is one of the members of the World Association
of Chef Escoffier and a Member of Saigon Professional Chefs. At the same time,
he is also a lecturer at School of Tourism and Hotels Ho Chi Minh City.
Master Chef Do Quang Long
is well-known in this industry because of his passion to study and his
creativity in creating new dishes. To him kitchen industry is art and it
couldn’t exist without creativity. Therefore, he always encourages his students
to constantly learn to improve their knowledge and skills.
Since 1989, he has held the position of head chef at De
Nhat restaurant. Judge Do Quang Long is currently the head chef of a group of hotels for the De Nhat hotel
chain in Ho Chi Minh City.
