Mr Duong Duc
Nguyen is currently the head chef at the Flaming Dai Lai resort - one of ten
the most beautiful resorts in the world as voted by Designboom website. In
2013, as chef at the Continental Danang Sun Peninsula resort, he and his
colleagues became champions of Golden Spoon Contest in its first season.
Chef Duong Duc Nguyen has experience
working for many of the world’s leading restaurants, hotels and resorts, such
as: Accor; Intercontinental; and the Minor Hotel Group. …He had the opportunity
to study and work with master chef Michel Roux- who for 28 years has held three
Michelin stars in the fourth beautiful restaurant in the world- La Maison
1888.
