As part of our Michelin Chefs Cook series we previously featured a collection of videos of Michelin-starred chefs tackling eggs in different ways. But with so many videos online dedicated to this versatile ingredient we feel it’s worth another visit.

Thus, below are five Michelin-starred chefs cooking eggs in different ways. David Kinch of the three Michelin star Manresa restaurant in Los Gatos, California kicks things off with his tribute to the L’Arpège egg, followed by L’Arpège’s own Alain Passard showing how the original was made in some nice vintage footage. Moving away from Michelin, we also have a bonus, in the form of Anthony Bourdain discussing how to make the perfect scrambled eggs.
