“I had an opportunity to visit Vietnam the first time in 2001. I lectured on Asian Cuisine at the Cuisine Institute in USA, this was the first time I experienced Vietnam Cuisine. This helped me to open my mind and gave me a new perception about the cuisine, providing better lectures to students”

Within a single day, 13 years ago, exploring the rustic and natural Vietnam cuisine, this famous chef fell in love with the rich cuisine of the country. "Paradise of Vietnam cuisine is generally more sophisticated than neighboring Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand and less reliant on regional cuisine” he shared.
Today, Mr. Robert Danhi once again had the opportunity to return to Vietnam participate in a game show about cuisine entitled: "Robert Danhi - Taste of Vietnam" operated by Media & Entertainment
The program was expected to become one of the top audio-visual products and cultural resources of Vietnam, to be widely introduced to the international community. It was expected to be broadcast around July 2014 on HTV channel in the domestic market and 9 countries throughout Asia, and on PBS television in the United States.
