She is one of the
established members at the Saigon professional chef association since 2005.
She has been in many
countries throughout Asia, Europe and North America to introduce traditional
Vietnamese cuisine culture and has left a strong impression on the famous TV
show “Yan Can Cook” – Martin Yan – Taste of Vietnam 2012. She used to be a tour
guide for “Cuisine throughout Vietnam” for Netherlands, TVB Hong Kong
delegates.
She has contributed significantly in training the younger generation to become
professional chefs. Besides that she also teaches foreign delegations to cook
Vietnamese dishes. In 2009, she received the honorary title “Fork artisan” and
is considered as an ambassador of Vietnamese cuisine culture.
She is one of the
professional judges of the Golden Spoon contest.
