After two exciting days of competition, chefs from La Veranda Resort (Kien Giang) won first place in the preliminary round of the Golden Spoon contest 2015 for the Mekong Delta region.

La Veranda Resort’s chefs presented fine dishes from Phu Quoc to the Golden Spoon Contest
Cobia fish grilled with cinnamon served with “Sơn Trà” –haw fruit sauce
Dove and chicken stewed with “nấm tràm” (a type of mushroom)
Phu Quoc ”Rhodomyrtus tomentosa” fruit with caramel
Raw spring roll with herring
