On the morning November 24th there was an online exchange entitled “How to promote Vietnamese cuisine abroad?” This was organized by Organizing Committee of the Golden Spoon Contest in coordination with Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

This had the theme of using one key ingredient for all the dishes on a single menu. Chef Nhu Cuong and his team won a “double” prize by using Trái bình bát (custard apples) for his menu in the semi-final.

On December 2nd 2015, 45 chefs from the 15 best teams in the country will compete in the final round of the VND 1 billion Golden Spoon Chef Cup at Minh Sang Plaza, Binh Duong province.

The final round of Golden Spoon Contest 2015 will take place from 1st to 3rd December 2015 at the Trading Center Minh Sang, 888 Binh Duong Boulevard, Thuan Giao, Thuan An, Binh Duong Province.

All contestants compete against each other to win a place in the final of the Golden Spoon Contest. This round has just taken place at the Van Thanh Tourist.
