The four-course menu entered into the Mekong Delta preliminary round by Ut Dzach

Ecotourism Park: steamed eel; Basa fish sour soup; “Banh hoi thit” – rice noodle served with pork; “Banh bo” – dessert cake made of coconut and rice powder and “Banh da lon” -- a cake make of green bean and rice powder.
