Using this fermentation process rather than others

If you want to use an example to describe an intensive battle nothing better illustrates the point than the daily battle inside one’s intestines.

Inside the intestine a battle of a billion of bacteria takes place. One group is good and one is bad. The good group helps our body to prevent poisons from additives during the digestion process and creates the ideal conditions for nutrition to be absorbed through the intestinal membrane.

The bad group weakens our body’s resistance through a fermentation reaction in the intestine and it gains various toxins and can cause cancer. Bacteria also hide in the corner of the intestine and waits for an appropriate time when the balance between two groups is unsettled.

Under certain conditions the good bacteria are weaker than the bad, causing health issues. This normally happens when we take antibiotics, after a psychological trauma, after a bout of flu or sometimes just because we are too stressed.

In addition, the bad group is easy to spread and increase its activity if we smoke, drink alcohol or eat too much fat and processed food, instead of sticking to healthy options in our daily diet.

Eating fermented or pickled food can both create a good environment for useful microorganisms and balance the fermentation reaction caused by harmful microorganisms in the intestine.

As soon as harmful bacteria take advantage they will cause negative effects which start to kill all useful bacteria, they also create a fermentation reaction in the intestine which suppress hunger feelings. They cause flatulence, tiredness and languidity despite you taking enough sleep. This issue won’t stop here as the poison in the intestine can be absorbed into the blood to cause a metabolic disorder of sugar and fat.

This can lead to diabetes and increased blood fats with the common consequences of obesity and hypertension. The World Health Organization had good reason to warn us that 70 % of modern diseases have been linked to this issue. Diseases without symptoms are always more dangerous than predictable ones.

To enhance our health, doctors usually advise us to eat yogurt containing microorganisms. It seems this should be a good way to go, but in practice it isn’t really effective. This is because a large quantity of microorganisms will be destroyed as it passes through the stomach. Without medical practice housewives have for years known a better way. They use fermented or pickled dishes to either create a good environment for useful microorganisms and to get a balanced fermentation reaction caused by harmful microorganisms in the intestine. If we are strong then of course our enemies are weak.

Pickled bean sprout, garlic soaked in vinegar, fermented tofu, fermented rice etc. are dishes that are very good for the digestion system. Mr Sebastian Kneipp – a famous doctor in Austria named the pickled cucumber “the brush inside the intestines” A Clean house or a clean bowl will be better if our intestine is also cleaned.

Even an expensive motorbike will be able not working if its muffler is blocked. A vehicle owner despite being busy still has to wash his motorbike and change the oil. Despite our intestine containing various poisons throughout our lives, it is seldom cleaned and protected.

Nobody wants medical intervention for intestinal issues. It is therefore better if we know how to use good food to have the same effect. Eat well and you will keep the doctor at bay.
